The PRTPO Executive Board typically meets on the third Friday every other month, starting in February. The Technical Advisory Committee typically meets on the third Thursday every other month, starting in January. Meetings for both usually run from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Meetings of the Executive Committee or standing advisory groups are scheduled as needed.

The PRTPO Executive Board conducts its meetings virtually. Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Board members may continue to meet virtually so long as an in-person location is provided to the public. The Conference Room at Kitsap Transit’s Harborside location at 60 Washington Avenue, #200, Bremerton, will be made available to those wishing to attend in person. The public may also continue attending virtual meeting using the meeting link provided on each agenda.
