The Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP) is underway with a planned conclusion in Fall 2026.

SFY 2024-2025 Unified Planning Work Program Amendment (Attachment C)

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is due for refreshment and recalibration to remain current with existing conditions. Coordinators met with WSDOT about this year’s expectations for this mid-biennium update. One suggestion is to add a process for quick amendments via e-votes. The Board is asked to consider providing updated language for the UPWP to be adopted in June.

Transportation Alternatives Update (Attachment D)

The approximate available Transportation Alternatives funds us $1,337,000. Jefferson County and the City of Port Angeles are requesting allocation of these funds for projects.
