Try to organize the info so that service providers can quickly find what they need on top, with all the stuff that WSDOT needs for compliance below that. Include: Transportation Service Providers; Regional Profile; Excel tables with HSTP-specific data; Population density maps for total, seniors, disabilities, low-income; WA State ALICE Report 2026; Record of public comment; ICBP Demographic Map package; TCRP Report; maybe some kind of synthesis of CHNA/CHIP/LHJA info - data that matters; Rural Health Transformation Plan / HCA site;
